July Fishing Sessions: 07/24 - Exploring & Fishing L.B.I. & Barnegat with "Johnny Bui Fishing" & Friends

Hello, Blog Readers!

Today I'm bringing you folks my fishing session for July 24th:

--- July 24th, 2015 ---

Location: Barnegat Inlet and North Atlantic Ocean (Long Beach Island, NJ)
Time: 8:00-4:00 p.m.

Fishes caught:

-- 7 Black Sea Bass (Centropristis striata)
-- 3 Bergall (Tautogolabrus adspersus)

P.s. As much as I want to bring you guys FULL fishing reports of every trip that I do, unfortunately I don't have the time to do so! Thus, the goal, setup, and summary sessions of every fishing post will be blank for now. If you want to see full fishing reports on the Blog again, please support me on my Patreon page. Once I reach my goal there, I will not only have enough time to write full reports, but also didactic posts and event posts for better community engagement. Tight lines and FISH ON! Leo S.

Below are the highlights for this fishing session:

In the video above, I explored L.B.I. and the Barnegat Inlet with a couple of my friends, including Johnny Bui from the Johnny Bui YouTube Channel. It was my first time down there! :) Don't forget to watch it in HD quality (1080p50)! If you enjoying watching my videos, please support my YouTube Channel by liking and subscribing.

Below are the photos for this fishing session:

A small Bergall that I caught at the Barnegat Inlet while fishing for Tautog.

My friends and I hit a tackle shop before hitting the surf (of course). In the background: Bryant R. and Johnny B.

The mighty Barnegat Light! It was so gorgeous that I just had to take a photo of it. Heh.

A long walk ahead of us...

One of the many Black Sea Bass that I caught at the inlet that day.

Some kind of neat moth! They were all over me.

My friend Bryant picking up some sand fleas for bait.

The power of the crabs! I put on a little Bergall as bait -- feast for the crabs down there. Hah.

Best of luck to all of us,

Long Days and Pleasant Nights!

Sincerely,

Leo S.
